🛍️ Orders & Shipping
1. Which countries can I order to? We deliver across the whole of Europe — from Germany and France to the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and beyond.
2. How fast is delivery? Timing depends on where you’re located, but most packages arrive within 5–10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
3. What are the shipping fees? Costs are worked out at checkout based on your address and how big your order is. We aim to keep shipping as cheap as possible.
4. Is tracking available for my order? Definitely — as soon as your package ships, we’ll send an email with a tracking number and a link so you can watch its progress live.
5. I entered something wrong on my order — can it be edited or cancelled? Reach out right away at info@kraftlade.de if you need changes made. We’ll try our best to assist, though once a package has already shipped, modifications might not be possible anymore.

6. Will your products work with my phone? The bulk of our accessories — cables, chargers, power banks, etc. — are built for broad compatibility across major brands like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Xiaomi. 7. Do products come with a warranty? Yes — every item sold through kraftlade includes a manufacturer’s warranty. Run into a defect within that warranty window? Contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
8. How can I be sure a phone case will fit my device? Each case listing names the exact phone models it’s built for, so check the description before checking out. If you’re stuck, message info@kraftlade.de and we’ll help you pick the right one.
9. Do power banks offer fast charging? A good number of our power banks support fast-charging tech, and we note this clearly on each product page. Got specific needs? Just ask us.
10. Will earphones work on both Android and iPhone? Most of our earphones are compatible with both platforms. Look at the product page for the full compatibility breakdown.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
11. What’s the return policy? You’ve got 30 days from purchase to return something, provided it’s unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Note that certain products — like earphones that have been opened — may face restrictions due to hygiene concerns.
12. How do I start a return? Email info@kraftlade.de with your order number and reason for returning, and we’ll walk you through the process plus give you the right return address for your area.
13. How soon will I get refunded? Once your returned item arrives and we’ve checked it over, you’ll hear from us by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days, timing-wise depending on your card or bank.
14. What happens if my item shows up broken or faulty? Sorry to hear it! Email info@kraftlade.de right away with your order number and pictures of the damage, and we’ll get you a replacement or full refund as fast as we can.
15. Who covers return shipping costs? That falls on the customer and isn’t refundable. For pricier items, we suggest using a trackable shipping method so it makes it back to us safely.
