Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why we provide a 30-day window for returns, starting from the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, returned products must be unworn or unused, in resalable condition, and packaged as originally shipped.

Some product categories are excluded from returns entirely — this includes intimate/hygiene products, hazardous materials, and flammable items.

Items that cannot be returned also include:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or software products
  • Certain personal-care products

Proof of purchase or a receipt must accompany every return request. Returned items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

A partial refund may apply when:

  • The item shows damage, missing parts, or altered condition not due to a fault on our part
  • Accessories like earphones have been unsealed or opened, affecting hygiene standards
  • The return is submitted more than 30 days after the item was delivered

Refunds

After we receive and review your returned product, you’ll get an email letting you know it’s arrived and whether the refund has been accepted or rejected.

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method, with the timing depending on your bank’s or card issuer’s processing speed.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Haven’t seen your refund yet? Try these steps first:

  1. Check your bank statement or payment app again
  2. Get in touch with your card issuer, since posting can take time
  3. Contact your bank directly, as delays sometimes happen on their side

Discounted Items

Only items purchased at full price qualify for a refund. Anything bought during a sale or with a discount applied is excluded from this policy.


Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged or faulty. To request a like-for-like replacement — be it a case, cable, keyboard, or anything else — email info@kraftlade.de with your order number and photos showing the problem.


Gift Orders

For gift purchases shipped straight to the recipient, a gift credit equal to the returned item’s value will be issued once we process the return, along with a gift certificate.

If the purchase wasn’t flagged as a gift during checkout, the refund goes back to whoever originally placed the order, and they’ll be notified accordingly.


How to Return an Item

Before sending anything back, email info@kraftlade.de first so we can give you the correct return address based on your location.

Customers cover their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Should a refund be approved, the cost of return shipping may be subtracted from the total.

Exchange delivery timeframes will differ based on where you’re located in Europe.

We recommend using a service with tracking, or adding shipping insurance, for pricier items like power banks, keyboards, or mice — untracked returns can’t be guaranteed to arrive.


EU Consumer Rights

If you’re shopping from within the European Union, you’re legally entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law. Our extended 30-day policy goes further than this requirement, giving you extra flexibility.
